Hello, I am Amanda Bamberg, owner of I Scream Cakes and Bakes!

A little bit about me… I have a large blended family of SEVEN. Yes, that is FIVE kiddos ranging from 17-3! We are always on the go! If it's not sports, there is always some sort of activity we are up to! I am Daycare lady by day, Baker by night/weekend/and nap time! One day I would love to own my own shop! But until then… I have created a space that is open 24/7 for self service. GOSH, do I have big plans to grow that space!

How did this all start? As a child I hated traditional cake for birthdays… to this day I am not much of a frosting gal. I always had to have ice cream for my special day. One year, my mom made me an ice cream cake for my birthday and they were just my absolute favorite! As I got older, I started making them too. I loved that there was no end to the creations I could come up with! I soon learned that they are loved by MANY and kept getting more and more requests.. so that's where it all began. I first started out with just ice cream cakes (where I started as I scream cakes ha ha ha) and I've the last year have grown tremendously! I absolutely LOVE to bake and being able to bake for income has been such a blessing to my family and me!
